所谓凶宅，就是里面曾经有人横死过的房子。传说这样死去的人因为阳寿并没有过完，所以会死得很不甘心。而“凶宅先生”江烁就是通过低价购入凶宅，然后将凶宅进行驱邪辟秽，转手再把房子高价卖出。
这天，江烁不听同伴秦一恒的劝阻，执意买下一栋异常便宜的小洋楼，误打误撞发现凶宅中藏着一个神秘墓室，并在其中遇到一个“女小鬼”。于是开始发生各种离奇的凶杀、阴邪、诡异事件……。Social realism regarding struggles of reservation-dwelling Native Americans in the North Central states of the US.
