新人演员实训成长类节目。召集10位有潜力的表演新生，在导师们的指导下，开展为期40天的集中表演训练生活。在节目过程中，男女演员将以搭档形式合作，完成6个单元的课程学习和考核，争取6部原创影视实训作品的出演机会。最终由班主任和主课老师选拔出的最佳男女演员将获得芒果剧集的角色邀约机会。。Will & Grace are best friends.
