This car, although ugly, "a cross between a canoe and a wheelbarrow", as the malicious people called it, had incredible capabilities: with a Ferrari 410 engine, it could run at a speed of 28...。在一次护送公司机密文件的途中，旭日重工的普通职员冈岛绿郎（浪川大辅 配音）遭到了名叫黑礁商会的神秘组织的袭击和绑架，机密文件亦被夺走。为了保证秘密不被泄露，旭日重工采取了消抹行动——包括文件和冈岛绿郎本人。在得知了自己被公司抛弃的消息之后，冈岛决定用自己的方式为自己谋得一条生路。冈岛向黑礁商会提出了入会的要求，并通过实际行动证明了自己的能力，之后以“洛克”之名开始全新的生活。
