某监狱，编号13的囚犯越狱逃亡，引来大群狱警追捕。他逃到高尔夫球场附近，刚好看见昏倒在地的青年，于是将自己的条纹囚服穿在了青年身上。过了一会儿，青年醒来，还在自顾自地打着高尔夫球，却不知道自己已经成了即将被送上绞刑架的囚犯……。
