公寓里人人都喜欢这对善良又热情的夫妻，尽管身份差异巨大，但彼此相处十分快乐融洽。一天，约瑟收到了一封意料之外的来信，在信中，约瑟成为了葡萄牙老家一份丰厚遗产的继承人，而回到故乡生活正是约瑟梦寐以求的事情。好事降临在了玛利亚和约瑟的头上，但公寓内的住户们却忧心忡忡，因为他们舍不得夫妻两人，当然，玛丽和约瑟也舍不得公寓内的一帮老朋友们。。Koh Chun Feng's career is starting to wear away at him.
