横山光輝のSFロボット漫画の名作を３回目のテレビアニメ化。今回は未来世界を舞台とし、原作＝正編に対する“次世代ドラマ”的な趣向で作られた。かつての少年探偵・金田正太郎も現在は45歳、彼は有志の少年少女を集めた金田探偵事務所の所長となっていた。ロボット工学者の妻・陽子との間に生まれた正人も事務所の一員で、彼には新世代の鉄人＝鉄人28号ＦＸが託されている。世界中の悪と戦う事務所の一同の活躍が今日も続く。。Despite her fame and fortune, Mina, a successful Indian actress in Mumbai, can't forget her little sister Sita, from whom she was forced to separate after their mother's death in a village.
