筹备了两年之久、以20世纪初的山东青岛为历史背景的传奇巨制《跑马场》，将于今年10月16日在青岛、横店先后开拍。电视剧《跑马场》以1919年爆发的五四运动为背景，以青岛跑马场为舞台，讲述了一位中国骑士左天一与一位青岛民间女子及日本闺秀之间的爱恨情仇，再现了从1911年到1922年，中国民主进步力量与当时在青的叁股势力争夺青岛主权的激烈斗争，演绎了青岛那段催生“五四运动”的风云变幻的历史。该剧从“辛亥革命”、“刺杀袁世凯”一直讲述到“五四运动”、“解放青岛”，青岛人民与当时德国、日本殖民统治的抗争，无不在此剧反映得淋漓尽致。另外，还有《周易》、宝藏等传奇、寻宝元素的加入，是一部跌宕起伏、反映民族救亡图强的大剧。。A certain pirate of the Spanish Main makes a practice of blowing up with all hands the ships he has looted.
