在Ben的家乡，多数受过良好教育的女性都离开那个小地方去大城市寻找幸福，这个事儿Ben觉得没所谓。但是他不明白为啥他的好朋友Mario以及Steffen却因为这个事儿特别不开心。Mario是个农场主，他因为自知长相平庸，于是努力做一个幽默的人以弥补外貌上的缺陷……Steffen是个专攻IT，但是目前处于失业状态，他害怕自己的女友Doreen也会离开自己去大城市，因而十分焦虑……。Set between Hong Kong, London and Frankfurt, this is the intimate portrait of five women working in the highest spheres of finance.
