1950年代，根据军队现代化建设要求，中央军委派刘伯承在南京组建军事学院。建国不久，百废待兴，师资力量奇缺。刘伯承苦思冥想，决定启用原国民党军校毕业的军官做教员，让他们为新中国培养军事人才。新学员从各地部队陆续赶来，每个人心思不一，师长杨震不愿坐在教室里听教员纸上谈兵，宁愿去朝鲜前线带兵打仗。骑兵司令崔保山则被和平年代的幻像吸引，有点刀枪入库、马放南山的感觉。刘伯承发现种种不良现象后，对症下药，分别谈话，帮他们端正思想。终于，学院的教学逐步走向了正轨。在结业典礼上，各级学员都交上了合格的答卷......。A scientist performing illegal stem cell research is trying to find a cure for cancer. After the transfer of shark cells is made into a human test subject, the ill man gets well again and it looks like the treatment was a success. But the experiment goes wrong, and the man transforms into monster: half-shark & half-human. But the scientist knows how to use this to his advantage...。
