两名黑警作恶的时候，击伤了过路群众Taylor。黑警开枪的时候用的是警用配枪，弹头还留在Taylor体内。Taylor被送入创伤中心救治后，两名黑警慌了起来，想取回弹头，消除罪证。于是黑警们利用警察身份做掩护，在创伤中心里寻找Taylor。Taylor自然不会坐以待毙，在创伤中心里，竭力和黑警们周旋，寻找机会反抗自救……。The movie is based on the suspense short film nominated for the Golden Méliès to the Best European Fantastic Short Film, winner of more than 30 awards and screened by more than 200 film festivals.
