林院长乡下义诊时救下一个女学生，女学生林雨菲千恩万谢，说自己考上了医科大学，以后也要像院长一样救死扶伤。林院长称赞林雨菲的品性，愿意出钱资助林雨菲上大学，并说自己要是也有这样一个女儿就好了。一晃四年过去，林雨菲大学毕业了……。While transporting an important package, a young woman is involved in a car accident in the middle of nowhere leaving her trapped under the car. She slowly starts to realise that not only are some very bad men tracking her down wanting to retrieve the item she is transporting but something very dangerous is hunting her from deep within the woods.。
