《工夫》是深圳市总工会庆祝五一劳动节的大型献礼片。本片由7个饱蘸深情的并列式“故事”构成，聚焦奋斗在深圳各条战线上的“普通人”，反映他们的奋进与劳作，梦想与坚持，事业与生活的点点滴滴，以及他们与城市之间的心灵互动。通过大历史中“我”的故事，阐述深圳时光、深圳精神、深圳发展之间的关系，彰显个体与宏大时代的共鸣。。由青海卫视与湖南经视为主导、与湖南广电资源共享的的选秀活动。“花儿朵朵”名称来自流传在甘肃、青海、宁夏广大地区的民歌“花儿”，也寓意着民俗风、原生态等更多的音乐元素将出现在选秀中。。Summer 1985.
